Adorable pack of three 1 oz amenity jars of unfiltered, raw Hawaiian honeys. One jar each of organic Ohia Lehua Blossom; organic Wilelaiki Blossom and Macadamia Nut Blossom honey. Each honey jar is decorated with an illustration of the unique Hawaiian blossom by noted illustrator Dugald Stermer. Found only in Hawaii, the nectar of the Lehua Blossom produces a white, smooth, crystallized honey with a spreadable, creamy texture and a delicate, understated sweetness. The Macadamia Nut Blossom honey has a rich floral and nutty flavor, velvety texture and dark amber color. Wilelaiki Blossom honey, also known as Hawaiian Christmas Berry, is ambrosial with a subtle spicy flavor and a light amber color. Big Island Bees honey is organically produced without the use of artificial feeds, chemical miticides, heat, or filtration. The honey comes exclusively from Big Island Bees' own hives, not third party producers. The honey is packed in glass jars on the Big Island of Hawaii.
