Thank you for shopping with Hawaiian Store. Below are our processing and shipping terms.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free U.S. shipping on most items unless otherwise noted.

Shipping method is selected based on weight, destination, and efficiency
For certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items, shipping charges may apply and will be clearly shown prior to purchase.
Custom Orders
Custom or special orders may incur additional shipping charges.
Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated and approved prior to processing the order.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select destinations.

These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of shipment (U.S. orders), please contact us at aloha@hawaiianstore.com and we will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Hawaiian Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Check around your delivery location

Contact the carrier directly to open a trace or claim
Carriers use GPS delivery scans and can often locate misdelivered packages.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Hawaiian Store is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.
We are happy to assist with carrier information if needed.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes

FedEx shipments require a physical street address
If your order requires FedEx and only a P.O. Box is provided, we will contact you for an updated address.

Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Meltable & Temperature-Sensitive Products (Important)
Because we ship from Hawaii and to warm climates:

Meltable items (including chocolate and certain confections) travel at the customer’s risk unless upgraded insulation or expedited shipping is purchased when available.

Free shipping does not include melt protection.

Customers in warm climates should monitor tracking and retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
If you would like upgraded insulated packaging or expedited shipping, please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We process orders quickly.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing or shipped.
